Removing an Existing Form

Navigate to the Forms tab in the Form Fields Pro app.
Use the search bar to quickly locate the form by entering its name.
Once the form appears in the list, click the Delete button associated with that form.
Confirm the deletion when prompted to permanently remove the form from the Designer.
